The supreme Court has dismissed the Appeal filed by Ovie Omo Agege of the All Progressive Congress in Delta State against the victory of Governor Oborevwori in the March 18th Governorship election.
Justice Nyang Okoro who prepared and read the judgement affirmed that the Appellant failed to prove his case, noting that he failed to provide substantial evidence to prove that the election failed to complied with the.provisions of the Electoral Act.
The Court also resolved all issues against the appellant.
