Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, has joined family, friends, and associates to felicitate with Mama Keketobou Jane Kuku, mother of Hon. Barr. Kingsley Kuku, as she marks her 90th birthday.
Otuaro, in a message, thanked God for preserving Mama’s life and granting her strength and good health to witness such a remarkable milestone. He described Mama as a woman whose life is a blessing and an inspiration to many.
The former Deputy Governor also acknowledged her role as the mother of Kingsley Kuku, a respected public servant and friend, whose contributions to society continue to impact lives positively.
