*Delta State LGA Council Election: Hon. Modeme Appeals to the People to Vote PDP All Through*
Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Governor of Delta State and a former Leader in Aniocha South Legislative Arm, Hon. Joe Modeme has called on the people of Nsukwa clan and the entire people of Aniocha South L.G.A. to come out en masse on the 13th July, 2024 to vote all the candidates of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the forthcoming Local Government Elections to be held in Delta State.
The SSA to the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, made this known to Journalists during the campaign visit of the Chairmanship candidate of PDP in Aniocha South LGA, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunweike to various wards in Nsukwa clan.
Speaking during the event, the former Leader in Aniocha South Legislative Arm affirmed that the performance of PDP in the local government area has been profound, providing the dividends of democracy in Nsukwa clan. He enumerated some of the projects executed by PDP to include the rehabilitation of Nsukwa, Ejeme road, the completion of the first phase of Isheagu/Ewulu road which is awaiting commissioning as well as the award of Nsukwa/Umute-Ukwaoba road.
Speaking further, Hon. Modeme called on the people of Nsukwa clan and the entire Aniocha South L.G.A. to support the second term bid of Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunweike and vote for him as well as all the Councillorship candidates across the various wards in the local government area, noting that Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunweike first tenure attracted tremendous achievements as he constructed and commissioned the best Legislative Chamber in the local government council and the best Traditional Rulers Secretariat amongst other numerous achievements like payment of stipends to the community vigilantes, providing operational vehicles and motorcycles to ease security patrol, and opening of community earth roads across the local communities in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State.
