The people of Asaba have been advised to continue to maintain the existing peace and unity in the community for the progress and development of the town.
Ogbueshi Nwose Onwuegbuzia gave the advice in an interview with newsmen in his home Asaba while celebrating eating of the new yam with his kinsmen.
He stated that Asaba was known for its peaceful disposition, and commended the state government and security agencies in the state capital for their proactivenes in ensuring the security of the state capital.
Ogbueshi Onwuegbuzia thanked God for the gift of life and for making it possible for him to celebrate the eating of new yam even as he urged the youths to shun acts capable of jeopardising their future.
He also urged all to ensure that they obtain their PVC to enable perform their civic responsibility in the 2023 general elections
