PASTOR, Williams Ukaonu of Church of God Mission Int'l Umunede Provincial Headquarters HAILS OBOREVWORI’S SUPREME COURT VICTORY.
Pastor, Rev. Williams Ukaonu described the Supreme Court’s affirmation of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s victory in the March 18, 2023, election in Delta state as God affirmed victory.
Rev Ukaonu in a statement in Asaba, noted that the Governor may have had done a lot in the state to win the hearts of Deltans, adding that the victory of Hon Sheriff Oborevwori in the Governorship election was a mark of acceptance of the people.
He congratulated the Governor on his historic triumphs over all his opponents, expressing delight that the judgement of the Apex Court had brought an end to unnecessary distractions which had impeded the progress of the state.
Rev Williams Ukaonu of Church of God Mission Int'l Umunede emphasized that it was high time political opponents, embraced peace and resolved to work with Governor Oborevwori in the overall interest of the state and prayed God to grant the Governor a very unique & successful tenure.
