The Senior Policy Adviser to the Governor, Honourable Funkekeme Solomon, has disclosed that the main functions of the Policy Adviser is to monitor, evaluate and ensure the effective implementation of policies and programmes of the State Government.
Hon. Funkekeme disclosed this in his office in Asaba while discussing with journalists stating that since he assumed office as a Policy Adviser to the Governor, a lot of remarkable achievements had been made in the state in the area of road infrastructure and many others including education and health as well as agriculture and sports.
Hon. Funkekeme pointed out that the State Government had also completed the Asaba-Ughelli dual road.
According to the Senior Policy Adviser, his office is also involved in rendering regular reports to the State Government on how to maintain an up-to-date record while liaising with MDAs.
FunkeKeme stressed that in line with the More Agenda of the State Governor, he will continue to maintain consistency in carrying out his duties.
He adviced Deltans to exercise pertinence and support the More agenda as Governor sheriff Oboriowori will surprise Deltans saying that he is ready to change the narratives of Delta State in teams of development
